Cultural references[edit]

• The episode title is a pun on Bad Behaviour.
• The blackboard text is a reference to the FXX 13-days marathon, showing all the first 600th episodes of the show in a row.

The self-assembly products contain a numbering system similar to that of IKEA products, the Swedish company. The letter Å, part of the Swedish alphabet, is seen in many of the items

  • Leinart's Thai-Irish fusion restaurant is called Shamrock Spice, referring to the shamrock clover of Ireland and the typically spicy food of the Thai cuisine.
  • Leinart gives Bart an O.J. Simpson's jersey with his number 32. He also calls Bart "Little Juice", in a reference to "The Juice", O.J. Simpson's nickname.
• When trying to attempt filming a funny video for America's Funniest Home Videos TV series, Kirk orders Milhouse to call Vin Di Bona Productions after the video is recorded. This company was in charge of the production of the 1989 TV series.
• Milhouse offers his dad one of his "children's" Xanax, a potent tranquilizer.
• Kirk asks Milhouse to play "Nobody Does It Better" by Carly Simon in his funeral.

• At the end of the episode, the message "We'll miss you Vin Scully" appears, as he retired from his sports broadcaster career in 2016, the year this episode aired.

Trivia[edit]

• This is the first episode that is now produced by Fox Television Animation after Film Roman ended their production. But remained uncredited.
• The couch gag part where the television slides down some media equipment continues in the episode itself.

Goofs[edit]

• The kitchen table is out of sight when Homer walks across the kitchen singing, but it reappears on the next scene.
• Contrary to what is said in the episode, it's not the first time that Bart calls Homer "dad" instead of Homer.
• When Grampa tells Homer that his girlfriend is pregnant, the number on his door disappears.
