Finland is a Scandinavian country that is part of Europe. Bart made a prank phone call here after he found Denis Leary's cell phone on a golf course. He called a bar in the country and nobody there showed any emotion there. Agnes Skinner competed at the 1958 Olympic Games, which were held in Helsinki, the capital of Finland.
