Latvia is one of the Baltic countries in Europe.
History
It is one of the many countries that competed in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia.[1]
Bart and Lisa use "Uber Kids" where they are picked up and taken to their destination in a wagon pulled by a bicycle. Lisa asked he Uber Kid cyclist where he was from and he answered, "Uh, small town in Latvia. You don't know it."[2]
