Homer's mechanic tells him that his car was made in Croatia, out of old Soviet tanks.[1]
Croatia is one of the many countries whose Olympic team is seen at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.[2]
While flipping through channels, Homer passed a weather station that said there would be rain that afternoon in Croatia.[3]
