When Grampa and Homer went to Utah to look for Mona Simpson, they stopped at the Latter Days Inn for food. In the diner, Grampa asked the waitress, Cora, if she had seen Mona. Cora flirted with Grampa before telling him that she saw Mona working at a gas station.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The name is a reference to hotel chain Days Inn and Utah's largest denomination the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
