The I'm On-A-Rolla Gay was Krusty the Clown's private plane.
History
It was sold at an auction after Krusty was out of money. He then took the plane and flew it into a mountain, destroying it, in order to fake his own death.
Behind the Laughter
The plane is a parody of the Enola Gay.
