Synopsis[edit]
- "After playing a prank on the whole town, Bart is sentenced to six months of juvenile detention. There he meets Gina, who forces Bart to escape with her."
Plot[edit]
When the Simpson family is at the Costington's department store, Bart uses the wedding gift registry as a prank to register himself and his bride, "Lotta Cooties", for wedding presents. Bart invites many people to his so-called "wedding" and plans to take all the unused gifts back for store credit, but he is stopped in his tracks by Chief Wiggum, who arrests Bart. Bart tries to bribe Chief Wiggum with the wedding presents, but Chief Wiggum only accepts cash bribes, as stated on his badge. Bart is sentenced to six months of juvenile detention by Judge Constance Harm, going to Springfield Juvenile Correctional Facility.
At juvie, Bart doesn't manage to fit in. He stays away from other children and attempts to be safe by hanging around at the girls' fence. He is then attacked by the girls, led by Gina Vendetti. She threatens to make his puberty very boring whilst wielding a penknife. Bart is bullied by other cellmates until Homer gets a job as a guard to protect him. Unfortunately, his shift ends until two weeks from that day. Two weeks before Bart is released, there is a dance and Gina partners herself with Bart. Gina finds a way to escape and takes it, going on the lam with Bart. Gina reveals more about herself, including her crime, pushing Snow White over the parapet at Disneyland. She tells Bart that she has an awesome family who will take her in and hide her until the heat is off. Meanwhile, the police are hot on their trail, finding out that Cletus had seen them go past.
Gina and Bart eventually reach a blacksmith who frees them from their cuffs. They are extremely pleased at first and Gina kisses Bart. Bart then tells her that she can now go back to her awesome family, which results in a punch from Gina. As Bart is walking away, he realizes that he has forgot how ugly Gina is so he goes back to find her. He finds her crying and he still doesn't understand why. Eventually he realizes that she doesn't have a family. They then engage in a brutal fight and this time, Bart is so angry he actually wants to kill her as much as she wants to kill him. The police stop the fight and arrest them, telling the Simpsons that now Bart will be in juvie even longer.
Gina, feeling terrible, confesses that she masterminded the escape and just dragged Bart along. Bart is released from juvie, despite having two weeks left on his sentence, and Gina goes back to juvie. The Warden shows her back to her cell and tells her she has a few new cellmates. She comes in to see the Simpson family in there, having "Make Your Own Taco Night". Gina is delighted about this and joins the meal. The Warden tells the family his plans for the evening, including crying himself to sleep, and Marge asks him if he wants to join them, to which he angrily snaps that he already has plans.
