The Loan Ranger is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in The Simpsanos content update. It requires Costas Becker to be obtained.

After tapping on Costas Becker's exclamation mark Costas, I could use a tough, scary loan collector like you in my operation. I find your little city disgusting. It's an acquired taste, to be sure. I am, above all, a man of principles — principles that will not allow me to work for you! Fair enough. We shall remain mortal enemies. I will now stomp your foot. *stomps foot* Oww! And I will poke your belly. *pokes belly* *giggles* I was hoping for a more painful outcome. If Fat Tony is owned: Task: "Make Fat Tony Try to Hire Costas Becker". After tapping on Costas Becker's exclamation mark I've been the wind beneath the gangsters' wings whose books I have carried for years! Why not carry my own book? Shark my own loans? Why deny what is so clearly my destiny any longer? This is the path forward for Costas Becker! When you are done talking to yourself, please decide on your candy: Red Lines or Strawberry Twizzors. After tapping on Costas Becker's exclamation mark Costas, you know, at Devarsec, Inc., we're always looking for go-getters to work as debt collectors. Is "Devarsec" a collection agency or a new prescription drug? Technically both! I must accept your offer, although collecting from the medically impaired sickens me. If you're sick, Devarsec can help! Side effects may include shortness of breath, dizziness, vomiting, bleeding, death... I think I'll stay sick. Task: "Make Costas Becker Reluctantly Work for Corporate America". The job takes place at Office Towers, ZiffCorp Office Building, ZiffCorp Sign, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. Devarsec? Is that one of those un-American dog breeds? No! Devarsec is the defenseman for the Springfield Ice-O-Topes. Devarsec's a bum! We traded our goalie, Metamucil, for him! Devarsec's a drug! After tapping on Costas Becker's exclamation mark Costas Becker, you are the best debt collector we've ever hired. How do you do it? People don't say "no" to me. At least, not if they're under eigthy and can understand simple hand gestures. Well our Board of Directors would like to give you a plaque for outstanding performance! Yours is the little name under our names. Wait, "Marion Anthony D'Amico"? Fat Tony is one of your board members?
