When the Simpsons were driving to Itchy & Scratchy Land, they passed several signs for Flickey's (680 miles away, 416 miles away, 277 miles away and 42 miles away, respectively). As they got close, Bart asked Homer if they could stop there, but Homer refused. After the Simpsons passed the diner, the next sign said that the next Flickey's was 25,000 miles away.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
- The name is a play on Stuckey's.
- 25,000 miles is the circumference of the Earth's equator, implying that the next Flickey's was the one the Simpsons had just driven past.
