Jab is a brand of soda.

History

In 1970, Jab soda was discontinued because of the overpowering sweetness of its artificial flavor. LifeBoat ended up buying thousands of unsold cases of Jab soda. A chemical in Jab, called Jab-a-tose, was put into the LifeBoat machines to mask the taste of the salt in the water.
