Cultural references
- The episode title may be a reference to and/or pun on the 1983 comedy film Risky Business.
- Homer, Lenny, Carl, Moe and Bart were singing How Deep Is Your Love by Bee Gees.
- When Moe's suit is ruined, Marge tells him the plot of Dumbo. Which is Dumbo thought he needed a feather to fly, but in the end he didn't need. Lisa compares Moe to Dumbo by saying"So Moe's Dumbo, his bourbon is the giant ears and we're that flock of racist crows?". Then Homer says "The crows weren't racist, the people who drew them were". This references that many early cartoons had racist jokes that would be considered controversial these days.
Trivia
- Carl and Lenny can be seen holding hands while looking out of the limo roof.
