Cultural references
- The episode title is a reference the 2005 song "Remains of the Day" by Danny Elfman or to the 1989 novel The Remains of the Day by Kazuo Ishiguro which was adapted into the Merchant Ivory movie also titled The Remains of the Day released in 1993 starring Anthony Hopkins and Emma Thompson.
- "Rule, Britannia!" by Thomas Arne plays over the scene in London.
- Two matches from the 2023 NFL season are seen: Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Buffalo Bills at the Wembley Stadium, and Detroit Lions vs Baltimore Ravens at the Baltimore Stadium.
