Pennsylvania is one of the 50 states in the US. Its capital is Harrisburg and the most populous city is Philadelphia.

History[edit]

Bart had a dream about Independence Hall in Philadelphia where the Declaration of Independence was being signed.[1]

Pennsylvania was seen on a map when other contestants entering an essay competition were seen.[2]

After getting run out of Florida, the Simpson family was trying to decide where to go for their next vacation. They were looking at a map of the US that had most of the states crossed out, which were apparently all the states the Simpsons were no longer allowed to enter.[3]
