Dialogue
Pt. 1
After tapping on Lenora Carter's exclamation mark
Well, I'd like to say it's been fun, but it wasn't. I hate your department, and I hate your city.
Sounds about right.
Time for me to move to the big time: Capital City!
Er, Capital City just called. They've rejected your transfer.
What?! Why?!
It's what we call the "Stink of Springfield".
You spend time working with us, no city in the country will hire you.
It's so unfair!
Don't feel bad. We're all stuck here forever too.
Task: "Make Lenora Carter Grapple With Existential Dread". The job takes place at FBI Van, Police Station, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. If Wiggum is owned: Task: "Make Wiggum Plan Cinco de Mayo Party". The job takes place at Police Station, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.
I didn't do anything wrong! I arrested the bad guys, but then you dopes let 'em off!
Here we go. Time to play the blame game, huh?
I like games. Can we all play?!

Pt. 2
After tapping on Lenora Carter's exclamation mark
The only way you're getting out of Springfield, Carter, is if you crack a major case.
Fine, I'll crack a case! What've you got?
Nothing. Crime is at an all-time low. Blame the good-mannered Millennials.
No crime? Then why were you talking the mayor into buying a new police tank?
Our old one broke when my gum got stuck in the track. It's easier to buy a new tank rather than picking out all that sticky gunk.
If you help convince the Mayor to buy us a new police tank, it'd help get you on my good side!
Ugh, fine!
Chief, on ViewTube there are lotsa easy hacks for getting gum out of police tanks.
Then pop me up some popcorn, Lou. I'm in for the night!
Task: "Make Lenora Carter Stump for New Police Tank". The job takes place at Police Station or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. If Wiggum is owned: Task: ">Make Wiggum Watch Tank Repair ViewTube Videos". The job takes place at Police Station or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.

Pt. 3
After tapping on Lenora Carter's exclamation mark
Mayor Quimby says I moved him from a "Soft No" to a "Hard Maybe" on buying a new police tank.
Very impressive! You are now on my good side!
Thank God. Capital City, here I come!
Whoa, slow down. I have a lot of sides that still need convincing.
Fine, I'll go into Springfield and find a major case to take over!
She's searching for more work? Who does that?
Not you, Chief. That's what makes you special.
Task: "Make Lenora Carter Look for a Case to Take Over". The job takes 4 hours. If Wiggum is owned: Task: "Make Wiggum Browse Tanks on Nile.com". The job takes place at Police Station or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.

Pt. 4
After tapping on Lenora Carter's exclamation mark
How did the quest for crime go?
I found some zoning violations, a kid spraying "El Barto" on a Principal's car…
…but no major cases.
We've got a lot of big ones that we've never solved.
I wouldn't say "a lot"…
They're overflowing the Cold Case room. And now they're piling up in the copy room.
I'll take a look through those.
Don't move 'em around too much. I nap on those boxes and I got 'em comfy just the way they are!
Task: "Make Lenora Carter Dig Through Wiggum's Old Case Files". The job takes 4 hours. If Wiggum is owned: Task: "Make Wiggum Find New Boxes to Nap On". The job takes place at Police Station or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.
Holy smoking gun, you have a serial killer case?!
Nah. That's just a script for my true crime podcast.
*chuckles* It's really dumb.
You're dumb too, Lou. And I'm changing the title to "The Case of the Police Chief's Dead Partner".
*shrugs* Sounds better than what you got now.
Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 5
After tapping on Lenora Carter's exclamation mark
Sure seems like a lot of weapons and ammo missing from the evidence locker.
I should tell Chief Wiggum or…I could handle this MY WAY and earn my ticket to Capital City!
Check the surveillance tapes…holy cow! It's Herman, that military antiques guy! He's stealing anything he wants!
Time for the long arm of Lenora Carter to stop that one-armed thief!
Task: "Make Lenora Carter Organize a Massive Bust". The job takes place at FBI Van, Police Station, or a Brown House and takes 4 hours. If Wiggum is owned: Task: "Make Wiggum Look for Keys to the Police Tank". The job takes place at Police Station or a Brown House and takes 4 hours.
Freeze, sucker! You're under arrest for stealing police property!
Stealing? I RENT this stuff from the cops fair and square!
They rent evidence to you?
Sure. The money we make goes into the "New Police Tank" fund.
And I make good jingle streaming videos of beautiful women posing with this stuff.
Are we doing this or what? I can only press my "cans" on this rifle for so long.
Looks like you're not going anywhere, Carter. I'll shove a stool next to the broken fax machine for you.
*sigh* Fine.
