Lesotho is a country in Africa. It has the distinction of being entirely surrounded by South Africa, its only neighboring country.
History[edit]
During Mr. Burns' message about artisanal nuclear power, a sign could be seen behind him while he was sitting in a rocking chair. The sign read "Today's Electricities" and one of the electricities listed was "Lesotho Yellow Cake".
