Joseph Anthony "Joe" Mantegna, Jr. (born November 13, 1947) is an American actor, director, producer, voice actor, and writer, best known for his role as David Rossi in Criminal Minds. He also voiced Grem in Cars 2.
He voiced himself in the season 3 episode "Bart the Murderer" as well as voicing his former regular character, Fat Tony. He voiced Fat Tony in all of his speaking appearances except "A Fish Called Selma", where Phil Hartman assumed the role.
