Hand Over the Dough is a questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Tailgate and Daily Challenges System content update.

After tapping on Louie's exclamation mark
	Alright pastry punk, it's time to cough up that protection tax.
	But, we don't actually make any money here. We just give away donuts.
	Are you givin' us lip? Did we ask for lip, Louie?
	I remember specifically that the Boss said to collect premium currency, not lip.
Task: "Make Louie Collect Donut Holes". The job takes place at Big Box and takes 60 minutes.

	Whoa, gentleman. You're trying to collect from our own business.
	Wait, we're the idiots who own the donut shop? But we aren't making any money!
	Do the words "money laundering" mean anything to you?
	Individually yes but together no.
	Sigh
Task: "Make Legs Launder Donuts". The job takes place at Big Box and takes 8 hours. Task: "Make Louie Launder Donuts". The job takes place at Big Box and takes 8 hours. Task: "Make Fat Tony Supervise". The job takes place at Big Box and takes 8 hours.
	Fat Tony! You own this Donut Shop? I knew it was too good to be true.
	Nobody just gives away donuts! What's your angle?
	I'd like to tell you but as mob tradition dictates, my daughter is not getting married today so I can't.
	That's a weird tradition.

	His title is Kingpin, Lisa. I'm pretty sure that makes him the authority on the subject.
Task: "Make Wiggum Investigate Big Box". The job takes place at Big Box and takes 4 hours.

	Wiggum. What an unpleasant surprise. What brings you here?
	Well this is a little awkward, but I looked at my contract and apparently it's my job to find out if this shop is a mob front.
	Turns out it's also my job to execute shoplifting raccoons. Who knew?
	Would a mob front give a generous donation of donuts to the police?
	When you're right, you're right, Fat Tony! Sorry, I mean Kingpin.
