After completing Once In Royal Quimby's City Pt. 3
	Okay, so I need reindeer meat. Nothing but top quality will do.
	But I s'pose I could get away with medium quality...
	Then again, there's no taste difference between medium and bottom quality...
	What's the quality below "bottom?" That's Krusty Reindeer Burger level quality!
Task: "Upgrade "Reindeer Burger Truck" to Level 2".
	Wait. Reindeer don't have wings?! How do they make Santa's sleigh fly?
	And how are you gonna make Buffalo-style Reindeer Hot Wings outta nothin'?

After completing Pt. 1
	Where is all the reindeer meat?
	As it turns out, we live in an area that doesn't support the reindeer species.
	But we DO live in an area where it rains on deer. So let's do that!
	Go sit in the forest, wait for rain, then it's BLAM-BLAM time!
Task: "Upgrade "Reindeer Burger Truck" to Level 3".
	I should apply this kind of meat procurement to every type of Krusty Burger.
	These burgers cost less than the paper wrappers I serve them in.
