She said to Homer she didn't like where the sail boat painting is. She asks him to move it and he uses a nail on the wall to do it, mistakenly making a hole in the water tube.

While on the garden, while people were reparing the damage, Grampa arrived giving the news he needs medical attention. They bring him to Bleeders Sinai Medical Center to have Dr. Nick visiting him, but he couldn't help him, so Lisa proposes to visit Denmark, where health care is free if you're injured there.
Once arrived, they are taken on a tour by the owner of the house they're staying at, Søren, including meeting Prince Christian of Denmark, which Lisa fantasizes marrying and becoming a princess. Homer tries to have Grampa injured so they can get free health care, so they take him to Kronborg Castle.
The family asks Homer to stay in Denmark, and Homer is hesitant, then he discovers that the procedure Grampa needs is the removal of a tattoo, one that says Mona and has a heart beneath.
Homer and Grampa go to The Pickled Viking and a woman seduces Homer, they start dancing, but Marge sees him dancing. Back at the home, she says that they're not leaving the city, with Homer seeing the kids replacing him with the house cudly fat cat.
Grampa and Homer try to leave but Grampa convinces him to get back to Marge, who tells him they decide to go back. Grampa manages to injure himself by overfeeding himself and gets the health care to pay for the removal.
