After completing Pt. 1 Hey, Bart, have you noticed that a lot of the stores around the city seem different today? What do you mean? Well, Android's Dungeon changing to a Mittens and Mugs shop was weird, but it's not the only one. The Krusty Burger seems to be more Christmassy than normal. Come on, Lisa. That's just a seasonal thing. Like how it's "Krusty Murder" around Halloween. Sure, the outside décor changes every year, but when was the last time it smelled like they were actually cooking meat in there? Wait, what? *sniffs* That's weird. It smells...what's the word? ...delicious! Task: "Collect Earmuffs" (x155). Task: "Make Lisa Investigate Businesses". The job takes place at Shops and takes 4 hours. So, none of them know exactly who bought them but all of them are making changes to their business model. So? After completing Pt. 2 Although the Mayor has requisitioned additional funds, the city's snowplows won't be able to keep up with the deepening snow.
