[The engine in Skinner's car slowly floats up and out of his car, attached to numerous balloons. As his classmates cheer, Bart is oblivious to the approaching Skinner, who walks right up to Bart and glares down at him.]

Skinner: Simpson! [points at the floating engine] That is a rebuilt Yugoslavian engine. There isn't even a Yugoslavia anymore! Bring it back at once!

Bart: You're the boss.

[Bart grabs a pellet gun and shoots the balloons, causing the engine to fall out of the sky and crash down on Skinner's car. His classmates cheer at the destruction.]
