Synopsis
Pressed for a topic at a Springfield Elementary School speech contest, Lisa gives a speech where she praises Homer's honesty and integrity as a soccer referee. A video of her speech goes viral on the Internet, and FIFA officials recruit Homer to referee the World Cup in Brazil.
