The sixteenth content update was released on April 8, 2013 and is an episode tie-in with "What Animated Women Want".

On April 8, 2013, a user reported that Swanky Fish and Springfield Falls had disappeared from their game, along with the player's 90. Many users also reported this, as well as other cases where only one of the two had disappeared. The user that originally reported the glitch later provided a solution, which was to re-install the game twice.

Gameplay

Stanky Fish Pt. 1

After installing the update
Notice	"This Sunday's episode of The Simpsons on FOX features a swanky new sushi restaurant."
	Ooh, sushi! I'm always up for eating new and exotic types of freshly-killed animals.
	I bet they have vegetarian dishes too, like seaweed salad and steamed tofu...
	Stop it, Lisa -- you're making me lose my appetite for sushi! Why don't you go to the Kwik-E-mart and get me some raw fish to eat until it comes back?
	Wait, don't episode tie-in updates usually come out on a Thursday?
Notice	"They do, but we've got something even BIGGER coming this Thursday. (Shh, don't tell anyone.)"
	Hey Bart! Guess what?
The player receives "Stanky Fish Pt. 1" which is to "Make Lisa Shop at the Kwik E Mart". It takes 60 minutes. The player receives total 170 and 27 in reward.
	If the fish at that restaurant is anywhere as good as this jumbo frozen fish head that expired two years ago, I'm going to be very happy! ...after I'm done being very sick.

Stanky Fish Pt. 2

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark
	I heard that new sushi restaurant serves fish with two eyes... which is weird because the only fish I ever see around here have three.
	That's because the water in Springfield is stagnant and polluted. What we need is a waterfall! It would aerate the water, creating the environment the fish need to get healthier!
	Pass.
	And tastier.
	I mean, let's do it!
The player receives "Stanky Fish Pt. 2" which is to "Place Springfield Falls". The player receives total 100 and 10 in reward.

Swanky Fish

Upon building Swanky Fish and after tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark:

Lisa: Wow, the ornate interior and new age looking exterior of Swanky Fish is impressive!

Homer: But I thought this was a seafood place. What's with all this rice, avocado, and... yuck! Is this seaweed?!

Lisa: It's called Nori wrap. Sushi really is an art form.

Homer: But I don't want my food to be an art form. I want it to be food.

Lisa: Can't we at least try it once?

Homer: Okay, but I get to choose the restaurant the next ten times.

Then the player receives "Swanky Fish Pt. 1", which is to "Make Homer Dine at the Swanky Fish" and to "Make Lisa Dine at the Swanky Fish". Both tasks take 5 hours and both tasks reward the player with 300 and 75 each when completed on their own. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 100 and 10.

After tapping on Skinner's exclamation mark:

Skinner: I haven't had sushi since my days in Nam... when I fled to Japan to avoid the fighting.

Then the player receives "Swanky Fish Pt. 2", which is to "Make Skinner Dine at the Swanky Fish". The task takes 5 hours and the task rewards the player with 300 and 75 when completed on its own.

Upon the completion of the task:

Skinner: Ahh, I love the smell of wasabi in the morning!

Then the player completes "Swanky Fish Pt. 2", and receives a reward of 100 and 10.

After tapping on Comic Book Guy's exclamation mark:

Comic Book Guy: A new sushi restaurant? Well, I don't have a Japanese girlfriend yet -- SPOILER ALERT! -- but I may as well prime my palate.

Then the player receives "Swanky Fish Pt. 3", which is to "Make Comic Book Guy Dine at the Swanky Fish". The task takes 5 hours and the task rewards the player with 300 and 75 when completed on its own.

Upon the completion of the task:

Comic Book Guy: How come all of my jobs involve eating?

Then the player completes "Swanky Fish Pt. 3", and receives a reward of 100 and 10.

After tapping on Kent Brockman's exclamation mark:

Kent Brockman: I'm here at Springfield's latest answer to pretentious finger food: Swanky Fish. Check it out today! ...and cut! Okay, there's your plug. Now comp my meal.

Then the player receives "Swanky Fish Pt. 4", which is to "Make Kent Brockman Dine at the Swanky Fish". The task takes 5 hours and the task rewards the player with 300 and 75 when completed on its own. Upon completing the quest, the player receives 100 and 10, ending the "Swanky Fish" quest-line.
