Allen Kelsey Grammer (born February 21, 1955), better known as Kesley Grammer, is an American actor and comedian. He voices Sideshow Bob. He won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Voice-Over Performance for voicing Sideshow Bob in the season 17 episode "The Italian Bob".
