• The title is a play on Philip K. Dick's novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?.
• Homer eats Choczillas cereals, a reference to the monster and cereals from the animated series F Is for Family, and Sugar Bombs.
• Gil Gunderson drinks Crystal Pepsi, saying it's pointless.
• Animatronics on stage threatening the kids and Foxy Lady's name may be a reference to Five Nights at Freddy's.
  • The song sung by them is a parody of Bill Haley & His Comets's "Rock Around the Clock".
• Homer has Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" in his Hip Hop mix disc.
• "Hooray for Hollywood" plays when the scene pans over to Little New York.
