Cultural references

• The episode title is a reference to The Moody Blues album Days of Future Passed, as well as in the episode "Holidays of Future Passed".
• Jerry appears to be based on the aliens from the Alien franchise.
• Cretaceous Park is a parody of Jurassic Park, as well as a reference to most of the dinosaurs used in Jurassic Park being from the Cretaceous era.
• The method of implanting memories is a parody of Total Recall.
• Jimbo Jones pulls out a miniature lightsaber from Star Wars when attempting to mug Lisa and Milhouse.
• The Real Housewives of Venus is a parody of The Real Housewives series.
