Baja California is a state of Mexico where Tijuana is located.
History
Krusty once took all the children from Kamp Krusty to Tijuana after he realised how bad Kamp Krusty was. On the way home, Krusty missed the bus. According to Krusty, the city is the happiest place on earth.[1]
