	Jackson Five	Were supposed to be Boardwalk Performers but were cut for unknown reasons. Still mentioned in the game files with the description "A performer for your boardwalk".
75px	Mayan Marge	Was supposed to be included in the Halloween content update but was not released; presumably would be part of the "Treehouse of Horror XXIII" character collection. A few animations were created for Mayan Marge which are still in the game files (they can be found here among Marge and Marge the Witch's animations)
	Kirk Van Houten	His sound files can be found in the game files.
	Gil¹	His unlock image can be found in the game files.
100px	Kodos	Her unlock image can be found in the game files.

	Xmas Mystery Box	Was planned for the Christmas content update or after due to information from the files (image) is in "NonWinter" section; replaced by either Santa's Sack or Mystery Stockings or just scrapped. Presumably would have cost under 6.
