Indiana is one of the 50 states in the USA. It's capital city is Indianapolis.

History

Miss Indiana was a contestant in the The Miss American Girl Pageant.[1]

Homer confesses India with Indiana also Indiana with Illinois.[2]

After getting run out of Florida, the Simpson family was trying to decide on where to go for their next vacation. They were looking at a map of the USA that had most of states crossed out, which were apparently all the states that the Simpsons were no longer allowed to enter.
