Prop, Prop, Whiz, Whiz! is a Bart Simpson's Treehouse of Horror story first printed in Bart Simpson's Treehouse of Horror #13.

Plot[edit]

Bart visits the The Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop and wants to go to the bathroom but Comic Book Guy requires that he buy something for $10. After looking Bart finally found a Radioactive Man figure which he buys. After Bart went to the toilet, he discovers that the Comic Book Guy has movie props in his stores. Comic Book Guy tells him that they're cursed and that he bought them on Ebuy and those assigned to the warnings he saw. Comic Book Guy says that he tried to resell them but anyone who touches them becomes trapped in the movie or TV show they came from. Willie is stuck in X-Men, Krusty in Jurassic Park and Moe, Barney, Lenny and Carl are in Ghostbusters.

Milhouse and Lisa come in and ask Bart to come with them to see a movie at the cinema. Lisa sees a wooden stake in the store and before Comic Book Guy can warn her she touches it and disappears. Milhouse wonders where Lisa went and Bart says that the props are cursed. Milhouse decides to rescue her by touching another movie prop before Bart can warn him that he can't follow her with a different movie prop. Bart becomes suddenly interested in a book in the store and disappears as well. Lisa appears in the world of Buffy the Vampire Slayer in a cemetery as Buffy Summers where a vampire attacks her, which she kills with the stake. Rupert Giles approaches her telling her that she is the chosen one. She is then quickler joined by Xander, Willow, Angel, and Spike, the latter two both claiming to be her boyfriends. Giles asks her to visit the library to research a plan to get rid of all the city's monsters. During the visit in the library, various monsters show up, but Lisa manages to kill them by accident when she pulled out a book from the shelf. Bart appears in the world of Evil Dead and appears in a forest as Ash Williams. He begins running from something chasing him, but when he realizes that he has a chainsaw, he promptly kills it, along with a ghost that appears shortly after. A hand soon attacks him and starts choking him, but he easily manages to crush it with a rock.

Milhouse appears in the world of The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension as Buckaroo Banzai, constantly jumping between various jobs without warning, each time asking, "What's happening?". Homer later comes into the comic book store to find Bart and Lisa, and before the Comic Book Guy say something Homer takes hold of a lightsaber from the store and disappears. He appears in the world of Star Wars as Anakin Skywalker just as Obi-Wan Kenobi is attacking him. When Homer starts choking him, Obi-Wan escapes to higher ground, and Homer is left to burn due to being too tired to climb up after him. He wakes up later as Darth Vader, screaming because there is no beer in space. Comic Book Guy realizes what he must do and starts to destroy the movie props. After he destroyed the first prop, Krusty appears in the store and Comic Book Guy understands how he can save everyone. All are rescued but they still look like they did in the movies and shows they appeared in. He then decides to offer them five percent discount on all comics in the store to make up for what happened. After they leave the store, only one item is left, from Star Trek. Comic Book Guy touches it and finds himself in the holo deck, left to wonder whether he had actually been transported into the world of Star Trek or if his whole life had been merely a simulation. He dismisses it, eager to abandon his previous life in order to pursue his dreams of action and adventure, only to become disheartened when he realizes instead of being the captain, he's stuck taking orders from everyone.
