The Simpsons: Tapped Out Oktoberfest Promotion! content update was released on September 30, 2015. It added deals similar to Black Friday's for premium items, where a certain amount of donuts were given back on items, 1 new skin and 1 new decoration.

- You Got Your Schokolade in My Erdnussbutter Pt. 3 now requires Springfield Elementary to be built.

- Homer Dog has been removed from the Census.
- Stone of Burns can now be placed as a chain of items.
