• The title is a references to the novel, Gone, Baby, Gone, and the film adaptation of the same name.
  • This episode has the second title that makes a reference to this novel and film adaption; the other is "Gone Maggie Gone" from Season 20.
• The couch gag is a parody of the opening sequence of the cartoon show Wacky Races.
