- The senior cancelling headphones play Muzak music.
- One of the seniors has a AARP card.
- Marge imagine a guy calling him Superman, to which he says due to copyright reasons he should be called Uber Hombre, before Uber Hombre appears next to him, saying the copyright in his country screwed him, and then The Scarlet Pimpernel appears, saying his copyright has expired, asking the others if they want to be him.
- The Awesome Spider-Man is a reference to The Amazing Spider-Man.
- Minyans are a reference to the Minions.
- A poster for The Expendables is seen.
- A poster for BooBoo Fett is seen, referencing both Boo-Boo and Yogi Bear, Ranger Smith and Boba Fett.
