Whacking Day is a temporary questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Whacking Day 2013 content update.

Dialogue[edit]

After starting the update What's your problem? It's Whacking Day. Woohoooo! The greatest day of the year! But Dad, killing snakes is evil. You know what snakes are, right? Slimy, slithery guys? Always up to no good? Deserve a good, solid whacking? Just try to whack quietly, please, so I can get some work done. Task: "Make Lisa do Next Week's Homework". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 24 hours. Task: "Send Homer on a Snake Hunt!". The job takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 2[edit]

After completing Pt. 1 I know the whole town loves Whacking Day, but, Homer, snakes are God's creatures. Really? What about that one who was a total jerk to Adam and that girl he was seeing? I guess if any animal does belong to the devil, it is the serpent. See, stupid Flanders, it's what Jebus would want. Task: "Whack Snakes" (x50). Quest reward: 100 and 10

Pt. 3[edit]

After tapping on Apu's exclamation mark Welcome to your official whacking day headquarters. I've hidden a snake somewhere in the store. The first one to whack it gets a free SQUISHEE. Task: "Make Apu Hold a Whacking Day Promotion". The job takes place at a Kwik-E-Mart and takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 4[edit]

After tapping on Apu's exclamation mark Hey! Hey! Oh, I should have put more thought into my promotion. It will take me hours to clean up this mess. Task: "Make Apu Work a Kwik-E-Mart 8hr Shift". The job takes place at a Kwik-E-Mart and takes 8 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 5[edit]

After tapping on Homer's exclamation mark Grab a stick, Flanders, and get whacking! Oh I couldn't. Killing defenseless animals is wrong. Just pretend you're Ehud, and the snakes are Eglon, king of Moab. I don't know where you got such an obscure Biblical reference, but it works for me! Let's kill some snakes! Task: "Make Ned Send Snakes back to Hell". The job takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 6[edit]

After completing Pt. 5 Dang! I clean forgot about Whacking Day. Where'm I gonna get a stick at this hour? If you need a weapon, what about that shotgun in your back pocket? Doesn't seem very sporting... Oh, Cletus. Whacking Day is just like any other beloved tradition: the point is to murder as many snakes as possible. By any means necessary. Well said, fat man. Task: "Reach Level 6 and Build Cletus's Farm". Task: "Make Cletus Shoot Snakes". The job takes 12 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 7[edit]

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark That's it! I can no longer sit by as our un-limbed brothers and sisters are whacked into non-existence for no other crime than being different! They also committed the crime of being slimy. And the crime of scaring Indiana Jones. Those aren't crimes! Task: "Send Lisa to Release Snakes from Another Town". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 5 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 8[edit]

After tapping on Milhouse's exclamation mark Whacking Day always strikes me as a bit unfair. I mean, I'm so much bigger and stronger than a snake. Task: "Reach Level 8 and Build the Van Houten House". Task: "Make Milhouse Get Bullied by a Snake". The job takes 12 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 9[edit]

After tapping on Ned's exclamation mark Don't worry little brother. We'll smite these unholy serpents back to Genesis! Task: "Make Ned Send Snakes back to Hell". The job takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 10[edit]

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Principle Skinner, I need to call an emergency meeting with you. Certainly Lisa. My door is always open. How about... We need to STOP this dreadful snake massacre immediately. It's cruel. ...next Wednesday at 11:30pm? But that's way past my bedtime! Sorry Lisa, gotta run. Task: "Reach Level 9 and Build Springfield Elementary". Task: "Make Skinner Hide from Lisa". The job takes place at Springfield Elementary and takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 11[edit]

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Principle Skinner, are you avoiding me? What? Of course not. What self-respecting adult would hide from a little girl? Task: "Make Skinner Hide from Lisa". The job takes place at Springfield Elementary and takes 24 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

After tapping on Lisa's exclamation mark Fine, then I'll do this on my own. Task: "Make Lisa Release Snakes from Another Town". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 5 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10

Pt. 13[edit]

After tapping on Skinner's exclamation mark Willie, what's that you're injecting yourself with? Snake venom. It makes you strong, according to the ancient Scots. I wonder why you never hear people talk about "the wisdom of the ancient Scots?" Probably because they were idiots who were wrong about everything. Now shut up and let me inject myself. Task: "Reach Level 10 and Build Willie's Shack". Task: "Make Willie Inject Himself with Snake Venom". The job takes place at Willie's Shack and takes 12 hours. Quest reward: 25 and 10
