Withdrawing a Blank is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Superheroes 2 content update. It requires the First Bank of Springfield to be obtained.

Dialogue

After tapping on Marge's exclamation mark
Marge - Happy Hey look Homer! Our bank is finally back!
Homer - Glassed Eye Bank... Ba... aank... Baaank, oh yeah! Those are the money places right?
Marge - Serious Homer, I know you only cash your pay checks at Moe's but you can't forget what a bank is! C'mon, we're going to do a budget.
Task: "Make Marge Force Homer to Manage Finances". The job takes place at the First Bank of Springfield and takes 8 hours.
Quest reward: Cash100 and XP10
