483 "The Real Housewives of Fat Tony"
|
|
|
- This episode bears a reference to the in-show show "The Real Housewives of Shelbyville" as seen in "Boy Meets Curl".
- When Lisa is in the woods with Bart enjoying the lollipop, she actually leaves a plastic bottle in nature on discovering that Bart can smell truffles.
- Marge reveals that Disco Stu and Selma's marriage ended because Selma did not care for disco music.
Cultural references[edit]
- Marge's head animation is slightly wider in some scenes of this episode.
- When Bart catches the scent of truffles and runs up the stairs to the first floor, the scent leads him into the door of Homer and Marge's bedroom, however once inside the room, it is Lisa's. And, inside Lisa's room, a corridor leading to the other rooms can be seen opposite the room.
- The door which leads to the Simpsons' basement is rectangular shaped rather than its usual circular shape.
- Cletus' shack is strangely next to Springfield Elementary School.
- When Homer and Marge arrive at the back of Fat Tony's house, the woman speaking sometimes closes her mouth when she is still speaking.
- Fat Tony's mother, when praying, does not open her mouth when she prays.
- Fat Tony's wife didn't have a big ring on her finger before and after the scene where she showed it.
- Primo and Dante Calabresi, Jr. are visible at the wedding despite the fact that they are both dead.
