Bumtown

Bumtown is the informal name used to refer to a derelict area of Springfield named Skid Row. It is also known as "the worng side of the tracks," as railroad tracks seperate it from the nicer part of town.

During her bried time as a police officer, Marge Simpson was assigned to patrol Bumtown. ("The Springfield Connection")

Chester J. Lampwick was a citizen of Bumtown until he became a billionaire.
