- Lego Homer says of Maggie, "They're so cute when they're Duplo", a reference to Lego Duplo, a line of Lego bricks designed for very young children.
- When Homer looks at a Perky Patty's Princess Shop playset, Comic Book Guy asks if he is an AMFOP, short for "Adult Male Fan of Princesses". This is a reference to adult male fans of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, who are collectively referred to as Bronies.
- When Bart combines several playsets to build a giant robot, Comic Book Guy calls it a "mis-setgenation", a wordplay on "miscegenation", an old-fashioned, negative term for the mixing of recial groups.
