11 "Missionary: Impossible" The episode is left hanging when Homer and Lisa Jr. are about to fall into the lava and the story is interrupted by Betty White hosting a Fox pledge-a-thon. In "Pygmoelian", Homer is back in Springfield as normal.
12 "The Computer Wore Menace Shoes" The episode ends with the Simpsons living at the Island, but in the next episode they are back in Springfield.
12 "Worst Episode Ever" Comic Book Guy gets arrested for bootlegging illegal videos. The fate of the Android's Dungeon is left unknown. The store next appears in Children of a Lesser Clod, and Comic Book Guy is still shown behind the counter.
16 "All's Fair in Oven War" The kitchen of The Simpsons house was rebuilt, but in the next episode, the kitchen is back to normal.
"Sleeping with the Enemy" Nelson's dad got back, but it's unknown why he's gone after the episode.
"The Father, the Son and the Holy Guest Star" It is left unknown how Bart got back into Springfield Elementary School.
17 "We're on the Road to D'ohwhere" The episode ends with Marge, Homer and Bart all arrested and Lisa hearing their legally-entitled phone calls on the answering machine.
21 "Postcards from the Wedge" At the end of the episode, Springfield Elementary School sustains major damage due to an earthquake caused by an old abandoned subway train driven by Bart. Later, the people at the school raise the flag, but the pole falls over and collapses the school. In the next episode, the school is back to normal as if nothing had happened.
23 "The Ten-Per-Cent Solution" Krusty gets a new show on HBOWTIME, and it is not said how/if Krusty got his original show back.
"A Totally Fun Thing That Bart Will Never Do Again" The family were marooned on Antarctica for causing a problem on Royalty Valhalla. It is left unknown how the family got back to Springfield.
