It is Springfield first annual Family Day and the Simpson family are visiting it. [[Homer]] want to leave it as soon as possible because they do not sell beer at the festival, but when he sees that [[Moe]] has a stall and selling ''Moe Cream Soda'' he begins to drink and become drunk despite that Moe tell him that it is not beer. Homer go then to participate in the festival's Sack Race and cheating by tying all the bags except his together. When the race starts has [[Snake]] coming to the entrance of the festival and he rob [[Agnes]] at the checkout. Snake runs away and then run straight into Homer when he was way on to victory and the two begin to fight before police arrest them.
