It is Springfield first annual Family Day and the Simpson family are visiting it. Homer want to leave it as soon as possible because they do not sell beer at the festival, but when he sees that Moe has a stall and selling Moe Cream Soda he begins to drink and become drunk despite that Moe tell him that it is not beer. Homer go then to participate in the festival's Sack Race and cheating by tying all the bags except his together. When the race starts has Snake coming to the entrance of the festival and he rob Agnes at the checkout. Snake runs away and then run straight into Homer when he was way on to victory and the two begin to fight before police arrest them. Snake and Homer ends up before inte the court where Judge Constance Harm decide that since the halfway houses are full she putting Snake in a halway decent house, Homer's until the court decrees him rehbilate and the entire family except Homer hates it. The first morning as Snake sleeps with the Simpson family he was woke up by the Ned Flanders when he mows the lawn, so he go to him to "talk" with him. Homer sees what Snake does and becomes overjoyed and he go away with him and play miniature golf. Marge tells Lisa that she has plenty to do besides taking care of Homer and Snake, today, she also must clean the basemant. Lisa suggests that can she sell things they do not need on EBuy. Marge begins to sell things online and Snake begins to help her and she begins to appreciate Snake. Bart and Lisa are not happy about Snake, but when the bullies stealing Bart's frisbee takes Snake care of them.

Bart tells what happened to Milhouse and they run after him to see what happened with to the bullies but they discovery that Snake talking to the bullies, and he gives them money for they have stealing stuff, which he helps Marge selling on EBuy because the cops watching what he does. Bart tells what he saw for the family but only Lisa believes in him but she can not help him without proof. Bart watching then an episode of Itchy & Scratchy called Cain Dis-Abled that give him an idea, he will fight back and he go and talk with Lisa. The bullies do a burglary in the Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop but when they arrive, they are stopped by Bart and Lisa, who is already in there and they say that they have a better deal that they probably will accept. They take the bullies to Legitimate Businessman's Social Club and they are forced to go join the club. When Snake loads his car with package from Marge shows Fat Tony up with a gun aimed at him, Snake try to save his life and tell him at he can work for him and Fat Tony think it's interesting. Meanwhile, Marge and Homer coming out with more packages to Snake. Fat Tony asks Snake to prove his loyalty he must kill Homer and Marge. Homer and Marge are now scared for their lives but Snake starts instead throw balloons on the mafia and the Simpsons begin soon to help him. Lisa do a call to the police and the police come and arrest mafia and Snake. It is time for the court again, but Snake is acquitted by Constance Harm and thanks Marge and Homer for how they made him a free man again. Bart is not happy but Lisa thinks he should be, he need not live with them anymore.
