Platinum Scratch-R is an event-exclusive questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Superheroes 2 content update.

Pt. 1 =

On June 28 or July 20, 2016
Apu - Sad By the many arms of Vishnu! These Superhero fights are destroying my store! Where am I going to get the money to fix it?
Apu - Worried Maybe there's something I can sell in the basement. I found that skeleton once that the medical school made me a pretty rupee for!
Apu - Surprised Look at that… a platinum Scratch-R! Stuck to a box of wieners from 1957. I should sell this!
Apu - Embarrassed …and quickly adjust the expiration date on this box.

Pt. 2

After seeing Pt. 1, on July 20, 2016
Apu - Sad Now I'm being sued for all the food poisoning those fifty year old wieners caused. Where will I find the money for that?
Apu - Happy Look at that… ANOTHER platinum Scratch-R, stuck to a box of 100 year old wieners!
Apu - Happy I'll sell this, and maybe even find another. I wonder if they made hot dogs 150 year ago.
