Homer Congratulates Huell! is a special short celebrating Huell Howser's 25th year broadcasting on Los Angeles-based TV channel KCET.

Synopsis

Homer congratulates Huell, after first mistakenly saying "Howell Huser", "Howard Huser" and "Huell Hefner", for 25 years at KCET. We then see images of Huell around California, accompanied by a voice over announcer saying "Huell Howser at KCET - 25 years celebrating the people and places of California".
