Nova Scotia is one of the ten provinces of Canada.
History
In order to remember the four original provinces of Canada, (Quebec, New Brunswick, Ontario and Nova Scotia) Bart used the mnemonic "Quiet Nerds Burp Only Near School."[1]
In an attempt to drown out the noise from Bart's drumming, Homer turns on a white noise machine. He then tells Marge to transport herself to the shores of Nova Scotia.[2]
Helen Lovejoy mentions that she once bought a fire iron from Nova Scotia.[3]
When asked what might be under Jimbo Jones's cap, Homer thought he was on a game show and asked if he would win an all-expenses-paid trip to Nova Scotia if he guessed correctly.[4]
