Releasing the Pressure is an event-exclusive quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Superheroes 2 content update.

Narrator Later that day... At City Hall.
Quimby - Embarrassed I er, wanted to cast kudos to our superheroes on a job well done.
Quimby - Sad But the job is "too" well done. Our prisons are overflowing. Maybe you could let a few convicts slip through the cracks?
Clownface - Annoyed The only thing slipping through any crack is your Mayoral underwear!
Quimby - Smug Spoken just like a true superhero. But we'll need somewhere else to send the extra felons. Perhaps other Springfields...
