Arizona is a state located in the USA. The capital and largest city is Phoenix.

History[edit]

In Bart's math problem, a local train left Phoenix, bound for Santa Fe. An express train left Santa Fe bound for Phoenix.^[1]

When the Simpsons are trying to decide on their next vacation, after being banned from Florida, they rule out Arizona because according to Homer it "smells funny".^[2]

The Simpsons travel to Scottsdale so Marge can find Gil and let out her frustrations on him, after he stayed in their house for almost a year.^[3]
