Seymour Skinner was a teacher there and gave all boring pieces of art "A"s, while Bart got "F"s because he tried to be different and unique. The emperor, Napoleon III, was to visit the school to give out an award for the best artwork. When Bart and the other students convinced him that he should look for more interesting art, Napoleon gave Bart the award.
