Pirate Hans Sprungfeld (later assumed the name Jebediah Springfield) tried to kill George Washington in 1781 in Trenton.[1]
While in The Prodigy Barn toy store, Bart was playing a video game that involved blasting the capital cities of every state. He was having fun, until he realized that it was an educational game and threw the controller at the TV screen, exclaiming "That'll teach you to teach me!"[2]
