The Simpsons: Tapped Out Burns' Casino content update was released on February 24, 2015 and was the one hundred and twentieth content update. It was teased by EA on the game's Facebook page on February 22, 2016.

February 23 Update (4.19; "4_19_Casino")
- The unreleased Platinum Scratchers were added for limited time.
- Jesse Grass' Protest Eating Animals and Bart's Command Mechanical Ants were fixed.
- An area select tool was added.
- Decorations can now be hidden by selecting between Leisure, Walls and Nature.
- A new strip of land was added on the bottom of the town.
- Visibility requirement for Retirement Castle was changed back to level 16.
- Some Daily Challenges quests were reenabled: Sugar Rush Pt. 1 and 2, Just the Basics, Wait a Sec, Dailight Robbery, Four Finger Discount, Toy May Contain Lead Pt. 1 and 2, Twice the Calories, Ten Pounds, Double Down, Clowned Table, It's Not a Library Pt. 1 and 2, Nerd Who Has Everything, Me, Myself and I, Nostalgia Used to Be Better, I See What You Did There, Beefed Up and Overcompensating.
- Springfield Heights Chapter 2 quests Paradise Island and When Four Stars is Not Enough were fixed.
- The sound after buying donuts and the New User Power Up Starter Pack changed.
- Gabbo was added to the Open Air Stage.
- The app icon and the splashscreen changed.
- The landing point has been moved to Burns' Casino.
- Maggie was added to the Regular Characters, Regular Females and Youngsters character groups.
- Baby Gerald and Kearney's Other Son was added to the Regular Characters, Regular Males and Youngsters character groups.
- Ling Bouvier was added to the Premium Characters, Premium Female and Youngsters character groups.
- Mrs. Sinclair and Lindsay Naegle were added to the Regular Characters, Regular Females and Adults character groups.
- Lucille Botzcowski was added to the Premium Characters, Premium Female and Adults character groups.
- R.O.S.A was removed from the census.
- Limo can now be chained placed.
- New Daily Challenges for the event were added.
- Some animations were fixed.
- Tuxedo Krusty's jobs are now premium.
- Hieroglyph Wall can now be flipped.
- Maggie and Ling Bouvier can no longer Vote Against Stonectutter Law.
- Maude and Gypsy Fortune Teller Shop were removed from the store early.
