Capital City, also spelt Capitol City and nicknamed the Windy Apple, is the capital and largest city in Springfield's state. It is a Major Metropolitan Urban Center, hosting major sports events, conventions, and United Nations conferences. It is also the birthplace of capital punishment. Capital city has a population of 6,339,760.
